Let's Talk About...

ABOUT Nicole

Nicole qualified in 1999 with a BSc Physiotherapy from the University of Witwaterstrand, South Africa. Moving to the UK in 2001 she has worked extensively in the NHS. Specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 2006.

Since qualifying she has completed post graduate training in western acupuncture (to facilitate pain relief), vestibular rehabilitation (for the management of balance and dizziness) and Pilates with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute).

Nicole is a strong advocate for staying as active as you can  through all stages of life. Having always enjoyed playing regular tennis and squash she is now a regular runner, realising that running is better suited to her family life.

She aims to provide an individual and holistic approach to help you achieve your goals. With many years experience she recognises that addressing lifestyle and everyday stress is as important as your ailing body part.

Nicole is a firm believer that one size does not fit all!

Special Interests
